Hey everyone! It’s the fifth day of Vegan MoFo! I hope you all been good. It’s really weird that I haven’t blogged in five months. I have decided to start blogging again after a long break. I am really sorry everyone that I took such a long break. I have received some very nice comments and people have been encouraging me to start blogging again. Thanks everyone! The past couple of months have been quite busy for me. My dad owns a pizzeria on Long Island. In July I decided to offer vegan pizza on our menu! I created the whole menu for the vegan menu. It’s really awesome. We are the only pizzeria on Long Island, NY that has vegan pizza! I’ve been busy at the pizzeria. The vegan pizza has been going very well. We use the awesome new vegan cheese Daiya and Teese on our pizzas. It’s really cool. We are also going to start offering vegan dinners which is going to be amazing. Durning my break from blogging, I also went to Candle Cafe which was awesome. It was my dream to go there for so long and I’m glad I went! So basically these are the major highlights that I have been wanting to share with everyone that reads my blog! I can’t wait to start sharing recipes again! I have been working on an awesome seitan recipe that I can’t wait to share with everyone. Happy Vegan Month of Food everyone! I will try my best to blog every so often durning The Vegan Month of Food! I will leave you with some pictures of our pizzeria!

I am so jealous of all that beautiful pizza! I still haven’t tried Daiya or Teese, but they look amazing in these photos. Wish I could get some good pizza here in Miami, but chances are not likely unless I make it myself

I’m excited that you’re posting again! Those pizzas look amazing – especially the veggie lover one. It is so cool that you’re involved with your dad’s pizzaria, and how neat is it that you got to design all the vegan food! I’m totally envious!

So good to see you back. Those Pizzas must be the biggest Pizzas in the world! Spanish pizza is about half that size – I feel cheated. LOL!
Happy MoFo’ing.

Yum. Great to see you back and just in time for Vegan MoFo. That is awesome that you led the Vegan pizza charge. Perhaps you’ll have your own vegan restaurant some day?

You’re excused for your absence because, seriously – that pizza looks incredible! Some of the best looking vegan pizza I’ve ever seen, and I can imagine that it tastes just as fantastic. That’s very cool that your dad is open to offering vegan options!

I think it’s awesome that you started serving vegan pizza at your place! I live on Long Island, as well, and I nearly jumped out of my shoes when I saw this post! The next time I’m in the area I’m definitely going to stop by! I’m so excited!!

My husband and I got pizza from your pizzeria twice in the last 2 weeks. It is AMAZING. We tried the white pizza with spinach and the margharita. We are telling all our vegan friends to go. Thanks for bringing something vegan to LI.

OMG this is awesome. I’m visiting my grandmother in Lynbrook this weekend too, I’m definitely trying this pizza. I’ve actually been debating coming back to Nassau and trying to see if a vegan bakeshop would work on LI. This might be incentive.

Hey!
I just totally stumbled on this blog via a link on the happy vegan blog. Then… I saw the photo of Three Brothers Pizza!
I just wanted to say… “THANK YOU!”. I have been there by a friends request and I was very impressed! The pizza is AMAZING. Hands down, the best pizza I ever had!
I spoke to you briefly the first time I went. The second time I went, my boyfriend and I had gotten something with vegan sausage on it and your father proudly stated “My son made that sausage from scratch!”. And then he whipped out the newspaper article about your vegan menu!
I thought it was really great that your dad is soooo proud of you!
The only thing that really sucks is…. I moved out of Long Island so I don’t get to go there as often as I would like!
Keep up the amazing food!
